At A la Française, we are committed to putting our regions and the actors who make it live in the spotlight.

 Champagne has more than 15 000 vinegrowers, and some of them are "independent". They are also called "RM" which means "Recoltant Manipulant", you can check that out looking at the back label of their bottle. The RM master all the steps of champagne makings without buying any grapes, which is the main difference with NM, the "Negociants-Manipulants".
